My name is Layne Manginelli and I’ve been a woodworker for more than 20 years. I was introduced to this craft by my father, a very talented woodcarver.

I am a self-taught craftsman specializing in woodturning and custom woodworking. Every piece I make is one-of-a kind.

My products are made with unique and rare woods which add color, shape, and complexity. The natural beauty of the wood is preserved in all my work. My designs frequently feature geometric shapes and patterns to add interest and make each piece unique.

I regularly exhibit and sell my work at craft shows throughout Connecticut. In addition, I am proud of the distinguished awards I have won at juried shows throughout the state.
